Enhanced Service

Monthly Pricing

· Up to 10,000 gallons: $265 (+tax)

· 10,000–20,000 gallons: $295 (+tax)

· 20,000–25,000 gallons: $325 (+tax)

Filter Maintenance

To keep your pool operating efficiently:

· Filter cleaning is recommended twice per year (every 6 months)

· Complete Service: Filter cleaning is billed separately

· Enhanced Service: Includes two filter cleanings annually

If additional cleanings are needed, we will notify you in advance and obtain approval before proceeding.

One-Time Services

Pool Refresh: For pools that need a reset before ongoing service.

Best for:

· Cloudy or unbalanced water

· Light debris or neglect

Includes:

· Debris removal and vacuuming (as needed)

· Water balancing and standard chemicals

· Light brushing

· System check

Typically completed in one visit.

Pool Revival

For pools that require a full recovery.

Best for:

· Green or algae-filled water

· Heavily neglected pools

Includes:

· Multi-day treatment plan

· High chlorine demand treatment

· Repeated brushing and vacuuming

· Filter maintenance and follow-up visits

Typically completed over multiple visits until the pool is fully restored.

Billing and Service Schedule

Service is performed weekly and billed monthly in advance. 

Monthly pricing is based on a four-visit schedule and approximately 48–49 service weeks per year. This allows us to maintain a consistent route while accommodating a few scheduled breaks and select holidays throughout the year. 

Pools are serviced before and after these periods to ensure water quality and cleanliness are maintained. 

We do not charge extra for months with five service visits.

Weather Policy

· Heavy rain or lightning storms may result in a chemical-only visit

· Severe weather events (such as hurricanes or tropical storms) may result in missed service

In rare cases, additional cleanup may be required following extreme weather. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved in advance.

Holidays

We observe the following holidays:

· New Year’s Eve – No service

· New Year’s Day – No service

· Independence Day – Service adjusted before or after

· Labor Day – Service adjusted before or after

· Thanksgiving Day – No service

· Christmas Week – No service

Because our pricing structure already accounts for these scheduled breaks, service credits are not issued for these dates.
